I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in the heart of Times Square and I was absolutely delighted with my experience. The location couldn't have been more perfect, as it was right in the center of all the action on Broadway. Additionally, the staff here was top-notch and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The service was impeccable, with every staff member, from the cleaners to the management, being exceedingly helpful.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay in Times Square. With its prime location, excellent service, and well-appointed rooms, this place exceeded my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Times Square! The suite on the 16th floor was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The living room had everything we needed, and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The doormen were excellent and made us feel secure. The location was perfect for exploring all the major sites. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of all the action on Broadway. You can easily walk to all the midtown theatres or catch a subway to any attraction. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. Some rooms even have a great view of Times Square. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

One negative aspect is that the breakfast at the hotel is quite expensive, but there are plenty of other options nearby at a lower price.

The price for the stay was quite high, especially considering that we had to endure the inconvenience of construction during our visit. the additional charge for parking was also a disappointment.

Smack in the middle of Times Square, this hotel's location is unbeatable! The staff was very friendly and make sure to provide good service. The rooms were spacious and came with a sitting area and free toiletries, making it a relaxing retreat after a long day out and about.

The location is convenient as it is close to subways and in the middle of Times Square near everything. The suite room is really spacious with separate bedroom, living room, two TVs, and a big bathroom. Housekeeping is done daily and efficient. The security staff is welcoming, and the lobby is peaceful amid the Times Square crowd.

The restaurant service is subpar, with slow and inaccurate service by the waiters and long waiting time.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights with my family, and we had an amazing time. The staff at the reception was always friendly and welcoming, and they even gave us delicious complimentary cookies. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of our rooms, which had a separate living area and a spacious king bed. The bathroom was also quite roomy. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of Times Square with a subway station conveniently located next door. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms were quiet and soundproof. On top of all that, the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.
